The best raspberries are those that are simply bright red and are not dripping or watery. In order to keep them in optimal conditions, follow these easy tips. First of all, leave the raspberries in the clamshell and store in the fridge with a temperature between 3 and 6 degrees Celsius. Avoid storing in the vegetable drawer, since humidity conditions vary in this area of the refrigerator.

Berries Paradise recommends eating the raspberries during the first few days after being purchased, in order to benefit as much as possible from their energetic and nutritional properties. We also suggest washing them with clean water before eating, but never if you will store the raspberries in the fridge, since this will make them decompose earlier.

An option is putting them in the freezer, which will allow you to have raspberries available offseason. If you decide to freeze them, you should keep them frozen until they are to be used in beverages or any dishes, and eat them as son as possible.
