- 160 g. of fresh or frozen raspberries
- 80 g. (2 tablespoons) of raspberry sorbet
- 50 g. of fat-free plain yoghurt
- 20 g. of whole cereal
- 15 g. of pistachios cut in small bits
Slightly smash half of the raspberries with a fork in a small bowl, then add the whole ones and mix. Arrange the sundaes by adding a tablespoon of raspberry sundae in a bowl or sundae cup. Next, add some of the raspberry mix and some whole cereal. Finish by adding a tablespoon of plain yoghurt, sprinkle with pistachios and the rest of the cereals.
