Pear sandwich with bacon and raspberries


Preheat the pan at a medium-high temperature. Heat the bacon as suggested in the package, sprinkling some salt. Set aside. Take two slices of bread, spread butter on one, and ¼ of the marmalade on the other one. Arrange the bread in the pan with the marmalade facing up. Cover the marmalade with pears, bacon, and cheese. Lower the temperature and cover the pan from 1 to 2 minutes. Once the cheese has melted, spread the remaining butter and marmalade on the other two bread slices. Cover the cheese with the other bread slices and turn the sandwich around until it looks brown.
