Berry dessert


Put the sliced berries in a bowl and add plenty of sugar. Refrigerate until they have released some liquid. Then drain and put the liquid in a pan and heat until it has reached a syrup consistency. Set the berries aside. Add the berry syrup and cook until it has reached the consistency of a sauce or marmalade. Finally, add the macerated berries. Put the berries in a bowl and add mascarpone cheese, then pour some of the berry mix. Decorate with some blueberries over the sauce.
